In collaboration with Evresis AE, we developed a prototype automatic electrophoresis machine for medical use.
The technical expertise of Evresis and its experience in the design of electrophoresis results analysis software were transformed into a fully automated process through an innovative standardization and testing platform.
The prototype machine was designed in a way that provides a stable foundation for the evolution of each step in the automatic sequence required, from matching samples with each patient to their deposition, and from the final photographic imaging to results analysis.
This platform allowed the individual study and improvement of each subsystem, as well as their combined operation in a laboratory environment. The goal is to develop an innovative machine for film agarose analysis for:
