Food Laser Marking Machine

Deepening knowledge on each subject we engage with drives us toward innovation.

Leveraging an in-depth understanding of Laser technology and the interaction of the specific wavelength of light with the processed piece, we proceeded with the development of a food engraving process.

Contactless engraving results in the production of permanent imprints even on products with high moisture content. Applying our knowledge of laser systems and scanhead driving principles, we designed and built a powerful laser engraving machine that is unique in its kind.

The demanding work environment led us to develop technologies for protecting the electronics and optics of the system. Combining air knife technology with our expertise in ventilation, as well as our experience with machines operating in explosive environments, we shaped a machine that can operate under adverse laser conditions, high humidity, and high moisture content in smokehouses without burdening the optical system, thereby extending their lifespan.

Its high pulse power proved very useful, providing the end customer with flexibility for further process development.

Production Line design for Food Laser Marking Processing

The purpose of any innovative production process, after completion of development and testing, is to integrate into the production line. Understanding the times and frequencies that define the process, we design and propose solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. Our increased production requirements drive us to think creatively and effectively overcome obstacles that arise during design.

Our goal in this aspect, through the study we provide, is to exchange views and actively engage our client in the design process. This ensures the accuracy of the machine, production line, or even the expansion of an existing production line. Having delivered our study with a detailed technical description, we communicate the system details more effectively and can identify any weaknesses in operational and maintenance aspects that need attention during the design.
